We actively preserve the wholesome properties of wheat by stone milling our whole grain flours inhouse on a 40inch stone mill. We have the only stone flour mill between Asheville and Arizona, providing the highestquality product while preserving the dietary quality of whole grains like wheat, corn, rye and rice.
